Refunds and Returns

Our returns and refund policy lasts 7 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your Pow’r Pitch must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

Once the Pow’r Pitch for return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and assessed your returned Pow’r Pitch. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only exchange Pow’r Pitch if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a Pow’r Pitch, send us an email at {admin@powrpitch.com}.

Shipping of returns

To return your Pow’r Pitch, please send an email requesting to return the product to {admin@powrpitch.com} with Returns in the subject line. We will reply to your email with details of the address where the Pow’r Pitch can be returned. We will try to assist in the returns process but ultimately the cost of shipping returns will be your responsibility.
